About this place
Scenic coastal spot with lighthouse and wildlife viewing opportunities.
This scenic coastal spot near Brodick offers a lighthouse and good opportunities for spotting wildlife, including seabirds and, further out, the occasional passing dolphin or porpoise in the waters of the Firth of Clyde. It's a quieter walk than some of Arran's more popular routes, giving a good sense of the island's coastline away from the busier villages. The path out to the point involves some uneven, undulating terrain rather than a flat stroll. It's free to visit, with limited parking nearby and no facilities on site.
