Located on Dundee's regenerated waterfront close to the V&A and Discovery Point, this science centre is built around hands-on exhibits designed specifically with children in mind, covering topics from physics and engineering to the human body through interactive stations rather than static displays. Regular shows and demonstrations run through the day, often timed to add structure to a visit rather than leaving children to wander exhibits alone. It's a reliably good wet-weather option given the waterfront's other attractions are partly outdoors. There's an admission charge, and the centre is fully indoors and accessible, making it straightforward for buggies and wheelchairs alike.
