This play park at the Old Byre Visitor Centre on Arran combines swings, slides and a climbing wall with outdoor games, giving children a proper stop to break up a day exploring the island. The visitor centre itself adds craft and gift shopping alongside the play area, making it easy to combine a browse with outdoor time for the children. It's a smaller, more local attraction than some of Arran's bigger draws, but a useful stop nonetheless. There's a charge for some facilities, with parking available on site.
