About this place
Wildlife centre focused on deer species with falconry and play areas.
The Scottish Deer Centre, just outside Cupar, lets visitors get close to several different deer species in paddocks and enclosures around the site, alongside falconry displays that usually run at set times through the day. Play areas and a soft play barn give children somewhere to burn off energy between the animal enclosures, and there's a cafe overlooking part of the park. It works well as a half-day visit rather than a quick stop, particularly if the falconry display times are built into the plan. There's an admission charge, plenty of parking, and the main paths are accessible, though some paddock areas involve a bit more walking.
